These terms apply to your access to and use of the Casa de Mother website and app. On the website, continuing to browse means you accept them. In the app, you accept them through the separate checkbox before the app shows mother-and-baby data; if you choose “Not yet, maybe later”, you can still enter the app but no data is shown.
Scope
This website introduces the residence and postpartum care programmes of Casa de Mother, while the app supports families during a stay. These terms apply to every visitor and app user. If you do not agree on the website, please stop using it; if you have not agreed in the app, data will remain hidden until you confirm.
Information on this site
Photographs, room descriptions, care programmes and dining on the site, together with approved schedules, reports and notes in the app, illustrate or support the Casa experience. Details, availability and fees are confirmed with each family in their agreement. We may update content as the service changes.
Consultation requests
The form on this site is an invitation to talk. It is not a contract and it does not reserve a place. A stay is confirmed only by a separate agreement between you and Casa de Mother once both sides have agreed.
Not medical advice
The content here is general information about rest and postpartum care. It does not replace a doctor's diagnosis or instructions. For any health concern of mother or baby, please consult a qualified medical professional.
App accounts and your content
If you are given an account on the Casa de Mother app, please keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us at once if you suspect misuse. Messages sent in the app should stay courteous. We may hide inappropriate content and suspend an account that misuses the service. You can report a message from inside the app, and you may delete your account at any time by following our Account Deletion page.
Intellectual property
The name, marks, photographs and content on this site belong to Casa de Mother unless noted otherwise. You may read the site and share links to it, but you may not copy or reuse the material commercially without written permission.
External links
The site or app may link to other platforms such as WhatsApp, Zalo or social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
We work to keep information accurate and the site and app available, but we do not warrant that the service will always be free of errors or interruption. To the extent the law allows, Casa de Mother is not liable for indirect loss arising from your use of the site or app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the website, app or service changes. The current version always lives on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be addressed through discussion, before it is brought before the authority or court having jurisdiction under Vietnamese law.
