Casa de Mother provides an on-site postpartum stay and care. Nothing is shipped, so this page describes where, when and how the service is delivered.
Where the service is delivered
The service takes place at Casa de Mother, Sedona Suites Hotel, 67 Le Loi, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. We do not ship goods and we do not provide the service at your home.
The length of a stay
A stay runs for the number of nights you choose, commonly 7, 14 or 28, counted from the arrival date named in your agreement. Arrival and departure times are agreed in advance.
Arrival and handover
On arrival our team hands over the room, walks you through the rhythm of the day, and introduces the person looking after your family. Any question during the stay goes to that person.
What the care includes
Each programme has its own contents, written into your agreement before you arrive. If something needs adjusting mid-stay, we discuss it and confirm the change in writing.
Changing your dates
Babies do not always arrive on schedule, so we try to be flexible. Please tell us as early as you can. A change of dates depends on the rooms available.
Events beyond our control
In situations beyond our control such as natural events, public-health measures or instructions from the authorities, we will tell you as soon as we can and work out a fair alternative with you.
