Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Casa de Mother respects the privacy of every mother and family. This page explains what we collect through the website and through the Casa de Mother app, how we use it, the legal basis for it, and the rights you have over that information. Some information about a mother and her baby is sensitive personal data, which we handle to the highest standard Vietnamese law requires.
What we collect
When you submit the consultation form we collect your name, phone number, email (optional), due or birth date, the stay length you are interested in, whether this is your first baby, and any message you write. We do not collect payment details through the website.
How we use it
Your details are used only to contact you about a consultation, arrange an appointment, and prepare a stay suited to you and your baby. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Third-party channels
If you choose to reach us on WhatsApp or Zalo, that conversation happens on their platforms and is governed by each platform's own privacy policy.
Storage and security
The website and app use HTTPS, so information is encrypted in transit. It is held on access-controlled systems and seen only by the people directly advising or caring for your family. We keep information only as long as needed or as the law requires, then delete it or remove what identifies you.
If something goes wrong
If an incident affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires, telling you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed; to consent or refuse consent; to withdraw consent at any time; to see, request a copy of or correct your information; to request deletion, a pause or restriction of processing; to object to processing; and to complain or bring a claim as the law allows. We acknowledge the procedure within two business days and act within the time required by law; if we cannot yet act, we will explain why. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was already lawful. Please call +84 938 810 468 to exercise these rights.
The Casa de Mother app
Families staying at Casa are given an account on the app to see schedules, approved baby-care reports and notes, message our team, send requests and view shared information. Casa issues the account with an initial email and password; at first sign-in you set your own password, and you can change it at any time. There is no public sign-up. Through the app we handle account and authentication information (email, password and verification codes when needed); mother and baby profile information; health, nutrition and care data; notes and preferences you add; messages and attached photos or files; support requests, service or meal-change requests, feedback and appointments; family-sharing choices; and device information and push-notification tokens. This data serves your family's stay only and is never used for advertising.
Your baby's data
The daily care notes, photos and tracked measurements of your baby in the app are a child's personal data, and are protected to the highest standard. We collect only what the care requires, on the basis of the consent of the baby's parent or legal guardian. A baby's data is never used for advertising or behavioural analysis, and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Parents may ask to see, correct or delete their baby's data at any time.
Health and care data
In the app, Casa may handle health and care information about a mother or baby, such as allergies, dietary needs, emotional status, vital signs, jaundice, vaccinations, medicines, care plans and care notes. We use it only to provide, coordinate and record care for the family's profile; never for advertising and never sell it to third parties. It does not replace a medical diagnosis or instruction. Access is limited to staff who need it and family members granted appropriate access. You may ask to see, correct or delete this data through the Account Deletion page and Casa's contact channel.
Translating content in the app
The app can be shown in Vietnamese, English, Chinese and Korean. When you choose a language other than Vietnamese, notes written by the Casa team, such as care records, schedules, menus and request updates (which may include health information about a mother or baby), are translated automatically by Cloudflare Workers AI. Cloudflare processes the text only to return the translation, does not store it and does not use it to train AI; Cloudflare's servers may be outside Vietnam. Casa translates only into languages someone is using and sends only the text to be translated, never passwords, photos or attached files. Messages, feedback and anything you type yourself are not translated: the recipient sees exactly what was written. Translations are stored on Casa's systems so the same text is not sent again. This is a transfer of data outside Vietnam, which we carry out in line with the law on protection of personal data, and the app asks for your consent before it shows your data. You can withdraw consent in the app or call +84 938 810 468.
Legal basis and service providers
We process your information on these bases: your consent; to carry out the stay and care you request; and to meet our legal obligations. Some technical partners help Casa run the service, for example server hosting, email delivery for password setup or reset links, and Expo's service for delivering push notifications to your phone. They may process data on Casa's behalf, only as far as needed and under contracts that bind them to protect it to a standard equal to this policy. Where a technical service processes data on systems outside Vietnam, we carry out that transfer in line with the law on protection of personal data.
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account in the app, or call or email us as described on the Account Deletion page, without reinstalling the app. As soon as you ask, sign-in and family viewing access are revoked. If you are staying with us, your records are processed after check-out so your care is not interrupted. Some care records, accounting documents and messages may be kept for the periods the law requires; the Account Deletion page lists them.
