A first home after birth
On the morning of 5 October, Casa de Mother officially opened its postpartum care centre in Ho Chi Minh City, at Sedona Suites, Saigon Centre, 67 Le Loi.
Casa grew from a simple wish: to create a place where a mother can truly rest in the first days after birth, when her body needs to recover, her feelings need to be heard and her baby needs constant care.
Rather than treating the postpartum period simply as something to “get through”, Casa de Mother takes a different view: the first days after birth are a journey that deserves support.
There, mothers are cared for. Babies are watched over. Families can walk alongside with peace of mind.
Casa calls it The First Home After Birth.
Casa began with a very personal experience
The idea for Casa de Mother began with the postpartum experience of Ms Viên Thị Ngọc Hồng, Founder and CEO of Casa de Mother.
The first weeks after giving birth are both wonderful and unsettling. A mother steps into an entirely new rhythm of life, while her body needs time to heal and her baby needs care almost around the clock.
According to the brand, the postpartum experience at the centre is built around the idea of “confinement, then and now”, a bridge between tradition and today. It keeps the values of the traditional confinement month, such as proper rest, warm nourishing meals and steady support for the mother, while folk practices that carry risks are replaced by evidence-based care.
Casa de Mother also offers privacy, with daily housekeeping and a butler service for VIP packages. Its care rests on five commitments: private space, rigorous medical standards, whole care for body and mind, personalised restorative nutrition, and technology that tracks the health of mother and baby.
Nurses, midwives and baby care specialists are on hand 24/7, working with obstetricians, paediatricians and psychologists to follow the mother's recovery and the baby's development. Five meals a day are planned by nutrition doctors and adjusted to each mother's condition.

At the event, Casa de Mother also introduced the Casa App. The nursing team uses it to record and update the care log directly, including the mother's vital signs and the baby's feeds, sleep and weight, so relatives and busy fathers can follow the recovery of mother and baby anytime, anywhere on their own phones. The Casa App works in four languages, Vietnamese, English, Chinese and Korean, and lets families book spa sessions, choose menus and reach the care team 24/7.
At the event, actor Khả Ngân and beauty pageant runner-up Vũ Thúy Quỳnh learned about the services and chose Casa de Mother for their upcoming confinement stays. Actors Việt Hoa and Anh Đào, with their husbands, explored the 4.0 care model as they plan to welcome new family members.

During the programme, guests also joined an expert talk, “Comprehensive postpartum health care in the 4.0 era”, with medical representatives, and attended a ceremony honouring partners including Vitalia, Nancy, DripCare and the IPRTA Psychology Institute.
